About Intuitive Practice Collective

Intuitive Practice Collective, Creative Collaborative Care for Women, offers coaching and wellness services including HeartSpace Circles, HeartSpace Practice, and HeartSpace Journey. These services are designed for personal growth, wellness, and self-development purposes. They are not clinical, medical, or therapeutic services. Please refer to our Disclaimer for full details.

Use of This Website

This website and its content are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from Jhoanna Rae Marquez. This website is built and hosted using Brizy Cloud. By using this website you agree to Brizy’s applicable terms of service.

Services

HeartSpace Circles is a group wellness gathering available on a per-circle basis. HeartSpace Practice is an individual wellness practice available as a single session with the option to stack up to three. HeartSpace Journey is an immersive individual coaching container available as a six week or three month engagement.

All services are offered for personal wellness and growth purposes only. Engaging with any service does not establish a clinical or therapeutic relationship with Jhoanna Rae Marquez in her capacity as a licensed physical therapist or doctor of acupuncture.

Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in services is completed through Forento, our learning and service delivery platform. Payment is processed securely through Forento. By enrolling you agree to pay the applicable fees in full at the time of enrollment. Intuitive Practice Collective does not store your payment information directly. All payment data is handled in accordance with Forento’s security and privacy standards.

Email communications related to your enrollment and services are managed through Google Workspace.

Cancellation and Refunds

HeartSpace Circles. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled circle will receive a full refund or credit toward a future circle. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled circle are non-refundable.

HeartSpace Practice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled practice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours notice.

HeartSpace Journey. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the Journey container. Should you need to withdraw after the deposit has been paid and before the Journey begins, the remaining balance will not be charged. No refunds are issued once the Journey has commenced. In exceptional circumstances refunds or credits may be considered at the sole discretion of Jhoanna Rae Marquez.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including but not limited to the Intuitive Body Method, the HeartSpace methodology, the four phases Root Release Receive and Return, HeartFlow Frequencies, Heart Keys, Heart Hues, Heart Codes, written copy, program materials, and brand names are the intellectual property of Jhoanna Rae Marquez. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Intuitive Practice Collective, Creative Collaborative Care for Women, and Jhoanna Rae Marquez are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or its services. Results from coaching and wellness services are not guaranteed and individual experiences vary.

Third Party Platforms

This website and its services operate using the following third party platforms. Brizy Cloud for website hosting and design. Forento for service delivery, enrollment, and payment processing. Google Workspace for email communications and business operations. Moosend for email marketing and subscriber communications. Each platform operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. Intuitive Practice Collective is not responsible for the practices of these platforms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website or its services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this website or its services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
